Managerial jobs on a production are the people who are in higher up and in charge of all the other people and it is their responisibility to make sure that everyone else below them can fulfill their responsibilities and to keep things running smoothly. these are high paid and important jobs and can range from things like Director to Radio station manager. a Director is the person who is in charge of things such as camera angles, actors, stage actions, etc. it is his role to bring the script to life and to stand back and see the larger picture of things. the style of a director is really reflected in the final product and e or she often has a say in the editing, even if a director was not involved in the writing process they can adapt and bend the story to their own creative style to create an original piece with the basic guidelines of a script. A Radio station manager is in charge of all aspects of the radio staff. A Station manager must have a clear idea of how his or her station is run and must keep staff motivated and must also know the specific targeted audiences for each show to make sure that each audiences needs are met in anyway possible.
